Makes around 8 - 10 crepes
Add the dry ingredients (flour, sugar and baking powder) to a large bowl and slowly whisk in the dairy free milk.
Heat up a frying pan on a high heat, spray in some Fry Light to cover the pan or add some oil / dairy free butter. This is to stop the crepes from sticking.
Add a ladle of pancake mixture to the frying pan and leave for around 30 secs to 1 min then flip over and leave for the same. When cooked turn onto a plate and top with the toppings of your choice!
