VEGAN CINNAMON BUN DESSERT PIZZA

Ingredients

  • 4 Balls Pizza Dough Homemade or Shop Bought

CINNAMON TOPPING

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1.5 tsp Cinnamon

CINNAMON ICING

  • 1 tub Vegan Cream Cheese I used Violife
  • 1.5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp Dairy Free Milk
  • 8-10 tbsp Icing Sugar You can use more or less depending on your taste, keep tasting it to you get to your desired sweetness

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.

  2. Add the cinnamon topping ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  3. Add the cinnamon icing ingredients to a bowl and whisk together. You can add as much or as little icing sugar as you wish, it's all down to personal taste and how sweet you like it. Just keep trying until you get to a sweetness you like. You can also add as much or as little cinnamon as you like!

  4. Roll out a pizza dough ball and cover the bottom in flour (to stop it sticking) before placing on a baking tray. Spread over the cinnamon topping, you don't want to add too much as the coconut oil will leak off so do it fairly thinly. 

  5. Place in the oven and bake for around 8-12 mins until it looks cooked. 

  6. Take out of the oven and drizzle the cinnamon icing over the top, you can add as much or as little as you like! Sprinkle with cinnamon.

  7. Repeat for the rest of the dough balls.

  8. ENJOY!!
