TOFU FRIED RICE

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Oil I used rapeseed
  • 3 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Tamari
  • 1 block Tofu mashed
  • 3/4 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 tsp Stock Powder
  • 1/3 cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 250 g Cooked Rice

Instructions

  1. Mash the tofu

  2. Heat up the rapeseed and toasted sesame oil in a frying pan

  3. Add the tofu and stir fry for a few mins

  4. Add the frozen peas

  5. Add the nutritional yeast and stock powder

  6. Add the rice

  7. Add the tamari sauce

  8. Stir fry for a few mins then serve
